Combination Buildings

Combination Garden Buildings are growing fast in popularity and are often to referred to as a Shed Summerhouse Combo, these buildings combine two spaces into one. Whilst our standard combination garden building range features a shed and summerhouse we can work with you on a design if you have a different idea. Our combi buildings have a stud wall between the shed and summerhouse seperating the two spaces, the building can be made with the shed to the left or right hand side of the summerhouse. Windows and door placements can be changed to suit your requirements.

Painted in an Oak Solvent and Wax based wood preservative or upgrade to a colour from one of our many choices, your building can be hand painted in a 3 coat exterior paint system.

We have increased the internal headroom in all of our buildings to ensure the entire space can be enjoyed, please see the specifications below:

Our Combi Buildings are available in Three Different Wall Cladding Styles

12 x 125mm tongue & grooved Shiplap or Matching

16 x 125mm tongue & grooved Matching

22 x 100mm tongue & grooved Loglap

Please note these are the finished timber sizes, be aware of other suppliers quoting thicker materials, you will find that once the timber is planed and finished it is a few mm thinner, they refer to this as nominal sizing where as we quote the actual thickness.

Polyester Mesh Reinforced Mineral Felt with a 15 year life expectancy
Tongue & Grooved floor on 2x2 tanalised bearers spaced at 12" centres
A pair of 70" x 21.5" double doors with half, three quarter or full height glazing options to the summerhouse area
2x 4mm toughened glass fixed windows to the summerhouse are included as standard to match the doors and up to 4x 18" x 24" fixed windows are included within the shed (size dependent). Opening windows are available at an extra cost
A modern black square door handle with a key lock is fitted to the summerhouse doors hung on black butt hinges, the shed is fitted with a heavy duty hasp and staple and 3x 10" tee hinges
Coat of Premium Grade solvent and wax based wood protection in Oak applied by hand
