Delivery

  • We offer free delivery in NG, LN, PE, LE, NN, DE, S, DN, CV, MK, CB, HU, this excludes garages due to weight. Contact us with your postcode for garages and all other areas. Deliveries are usually made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

  • Deliveries are to curbside only unless installation is required. Most of the vehicles are 3.5 tonne but for larger buildings we may use a 7.5 tonne vehicle so if access is restricted please let us know at the time of placing your order.

  • Regal Garden Buildings will deliver your goods to the address provided at the time of order. All of our buildings are flat packed in panels but each panel is very heavy. 

​

  • If you have chosen to self-build, please ensure someone who is able-bodied is available to assist the driver with unloading the panels off the vehicle wherever possible. Alternatively a 2 man delivery team can be arranged for an additional cost.

​

  • If you have specified installation at the time of ordering, the building will be delivered and carried to your base no more than 15m by our expert fitting team.

​

Installation:

  • We supply the simplest garden store to much more complicated large structures and offer expert stress free assembly on all our buildings if required. We will ask if you require assembly prior to preparing your quote and factor this in to our competitive price.

​

  • If you have opted for our professional team to install your building, it is the customers responsibility that the proposed site should have clear and unrestricted access. This includes making parking arrangements with cleared walk from vehicle to prepared base with no impeding branches and plants.

​

  • We also need to be informed in advance and prior to ordering of any tight corners, steps or height restrictions. 

​

  • In the interest of Health and Safety our delivery and installation team cannot lift sections over walls, fencing, hedges or buildings above (4ft) 1.2 mtr in height. Due to insurance regulations we can deliver through your property without first speaking to us. 

​

  • If your building is to be placed against a wall or fence, keep in mind the roof will overhang the building by 76 mm approximately and you need to consider this when measuring the available space. However if we are informed before manufacturing commences we can ensure the roof is fit flush with the building.

​

  • A firm and level base is required. Concrete is ideal for garages, but you will need to contact us for guidance on the correct dimensions needed for one of our buildings.  Anything else concrete, slabs, Eco Base or decking is acceptable if it is firm and level, see are information tab for suitable a base.

​

  • If you do not meet any of the above requirements prior to delivery and we are unable to fit your building, then we have the right to leave the building for self-assembly.
